🔹 Eligibility & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably in Petrochemical or Refinery operations
  • Proven experience in maintenance, process control, and turnaround activities
  • Strong understanding of plant operations, equipment troubleshooting, and process safety
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and dynamic industrial environments
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with permit to work systems, MOC procedures, and safety standards

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Depending on the role, candidates will be responsible for:

  • Performing and supervising maintenance and operational activities for electrical, mechanical, and process systems
  • Ensuring smooth turnaround operations while adhering to schedule, quality, and safety standards
  • Monitoring, controlling, and optimizing plant processes and operations for MTBE, MeOH, Utilities, and NZLD units
  • Supporting Management of Change (MOC) processes and permit coordination
  • Maintaining accurate operational and maintenance records, documentation, and reports
  • Ensuring strict compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
