🧭 ROLE OVERVIEW
Selected candidates will support offshore operations and maintenance activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable functioning of plant equipment and systems. The role includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, and strict adherence to ADNOC HSE and operational standards.
⚙️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✔ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on offshore systems
✔ Conduct inspections, fault diagnosis, and repair activities
✔ Ensure full compliance with ADNOC safety and operational procedures
✔ Support smooth and continuous offshore production operations
✔ Maintain accurate maintenance logs and technical documentation
✔ Work closely with operations teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
📋 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
✔ Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation)
✔ Minimum 5+ years Gulf experience in Offshore Oil & Gas Operations & Maintenance
✔ Strong hands-on technical expertise in relevant discipline
✔ Solid knowledge of offshore systems, equipment, and safety standards
✔ Ability to work in rotational offshore environment
✔ Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
🔄 WORK ROTATION
🔹 2 Months ON / 1 Month OFF (Offshore Rotation Cycle)
💰 SALARY & BENEFITS
💵 On-Duty Salary: AED 7,000 / month
💵 Off-Duty Salary: AED 2,500 / month
