We are pleased to announce exciting career opportunities for skilled and experienced professionals to join a prestigious Offshore Project under the ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the region’s leading energy organizations on a long-term offshore operations and maintenance project.

We are currently seeking qualified and dedicated technicians with proven offshore experience to support ongoing operations within a high-performance and safety-driven environment.

🔹 Open Positions

The following categories are urgently required:

  • Mechanical Technicians – 20 Positions

  • Electrical Technicians – 20 Positions

  • Instrumentation Technicians – 20 Positions

🔹 Role Overview

Selected candidates will be responsible for supporting offshore operations and maintenance activities, ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable performance of equipment and systems. This includes routine inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and adherence to strict safety and operational standards.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and repair activities on mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems

  • Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, procedures, and HSE policies

  • Conduct inspections, fault diagnosis, and corrective maintenance

  • Support continuous and safe offshore operations

  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of maintenance activities

  • Work collaboratively with operations teams to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency

🔹 Candidate Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in relevant discipline

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of Gulf experience, specifically in offshore Oil & Gas operations and maintenance

  • Proven hands-on experience in the applied technical field (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation)

  • Strong knowledge of offshore systems, equipment, and safety protocols

  • Ability to work in a challenging offshore environment with rotational schedules

  • Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset

🔹 Work Rotation

  • 2 Months ON / 1 Month OFF (Offshore Rotation Cycle)

🔹 Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary (On-Duty): 7,000 AED per month

  • Salary (Off-Duty): 2,500 AED per month
