✔ Relevant Diploma / ITI / Technical Certification in respective trade
✔ Minimum 3–8+ years of experience in Oil & Gas / Industrial projects
✔ Strong hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting
✔ Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics
✔ Familiarity with safety standards and procedures
