Calibration, Hot-loop checking, troubleshooting, and repairing of all types of Field Transmitters and local instruments, Control Valve / On-Off Valve, Positioners, Fire/Gas DetectorsDCS/PLC/ESD/MCMS/Fire/Gas Loop drawing verification and attending all types of faults in Field/control Room Panels/ Buildings
All types of Field Instruments removal, installation, and integrity testing
Vibration Probe installation and troubleshooting in all rotary equipment
Analyzer Technician Role & responsibilities
Calibration, Hot-loop checking, Trouble-shooting, alignment, and repair of all types of online field analyzers installed in Field/shelters.Analyzer instrument loop drawing verification and attending all types of faults in Field/control room panels/buildings
Calibration, Hot-loop checking, troubleshooting, repairing of all types of field transmitters, local instruments (Flow, Level, Pressure, and Temperature), and Valves
