🎯 EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

✔ Minimum 8–10 Years Experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical Industry

✔ Strong background in refinery maintenance and instrumentation systems

✔ Experience in field instrumentation, analyzers, calibration, and troubleshooting

🔧 INSTRUMENTATION TECHNICIAN – JOB SCOPE

✔ Calibration and hot loop checking of field instruments

✔ Troubleshooting and repair of transmitters, valves, and positioners

✔ Maintenance of fire & gas detection systems

✔ DCS / PLC / ESD / MCMS loop verification and fault handling

✔ Installation and integrity testing of field instruments

✔ Vibration probe installation and troubleshooting on rotating equipment

🧪 ANALYZER TECHNICIAN – JOB SCOPE

✔ Calibration and troubleshooting of online field analyzers

✔ Maintenance of analyzer shelters and field installations

✔ Loop checking and system verification (field & control room)

✔ Repair of transmitters, flow, level, pressure & temperature instruments

✔ Valve calibration and functional testing
