🎯 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

✔ Proven experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, or EPC Projects
✔ Strong knowledge of HSE systems, safety regulations, and risk management
✔ Experience in QA/QC inspection, audits, documentation, and quality assurance systems
✔ Familiarity with international codes, standards, and refinery operations
✔ Relevant Engineering Degree, Diploma, or Technical Qualification
✔ Strong communication, reporting, and leadership skills (for senior roles)
