1=>Coil Tubing Supervisor - Minimum 10 years of experience 

2=>Coil Tubing Operator- Minimum 7 years of experience 

3=>Equipment Operator - Minimum 3 years experience with solid control 

4=>Solid Control Supervisor - Minimum 8 years of experience 

5=>Principal Wells Engineering - Minimum 15 years of experience 

6=>Assistant Driller - Minimum 7 years of experience

7=>Cementing Supervisor - Minimum 10 years of experience
