Conversion Construction, the Main Contractor, is currently looking for qualified, experienced, and skilled construction professionals to join its project team for a major development at Damac Hills, Dubai.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in construction planning, QA/QC, site execution, HSE, steel works, carpentry, scaffolding, and project documentation.

🔧 OPEN POSITIONS

1️⃣ Planning Engineer

Experience: 5–10 Years

Candidates should have strong experience in construction planning, project scheduling, progress monitoring, resource planning, reporting, and coordination with project teams.

2️⃣ QA/QC Engineer

Experience: 5–10 Years

Experienced QA/QC professionals with knowledge of construction quality standards, inspections, documentation, method statements, ITPs, material approvals, and site quality control are encouraged to apply.

3️⃣ Site Engineer

Experience: 2–5 Years

Candidates with hands-on experience in site execution, subcontractor coordination, construction activities, drawings, site inspections, and daily progress monitoring.

4️⃣ Safety Officer

Professionals with relevant construction HSE experience, site inspections, risk assessments, toolbox talks, safety procedures, and incident prevention knowledge.

5️⃣ Steel Foreman

Experienced Steel Foremen capable of supervising steel-related activities, coordinating skilled workers, interpreting drawings, monitoring productivity, and maintaining safety and quality requirements.

6️⃣ Carpenter Foreman

Candidates with strong experience supervising carpentry teams and construction activities, coordinating manpower, reading drawings, and ensuring proper execution and workmanship.

7️⃣ Scaffolding Foreman

Experienced Scaffolding Foremen with knowledge of scaffolding erection, dismantling, inspection, team supervision, safe working practices, and construction-site requirements.

8️⃣ Document Controller

Professionals experienced in project documentation, document tracking, filing, transmittals, document registers, correspondence, and maintaining accurate project records.

The recruitment is open to professionals who have relevant building construction and project experience, particularly candidates with UAE/GCC construction experience where applicable.
