🎯 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Relevant Discipline)
✔ Minimum 12–15 Years of Experience in Refinery, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or Process Industries
✔ Proven experience in large-scale refinery and petrochemical projects
✔ Strong knowledge of international engineering standards, codes, and best practices
✔ Experience in project execution, plant operations, maintenance, process optimization, or engineering design
✔ Excellent communication, technical, and problem-solving skills
