Few Questions and Answers about Stationary Field.

1-Tell me a suggestion you made, which was implemented in this stationary field?

There's nothing wrong with having a thousand great ideas, but if the only place I live is on your notebook, what's the point? Better yet, you need a good ending. If your previous company took your advice and went bankrupt, this is not such a great example either. Be prepared with a story about an idea of your own, which has been taken from idea to implementation and considered successful.

2. Tell me what experience do you have in this stationary field?

We hope that if you apply for this position, you have similar experience and, if necessary, you should mention everything. But if you change careers or try something a little different, your experience may not seem appropriate at first. Then you need a little sincere creativity to match the necessary experiences with the ones you have. People's skills are people's skills, after all, you just have to show how customer service skills can be applied in internal management functions and so on.

3. What is your biggest weakness?

This is a challenging question - as if you have no weaknesses, obviously lie! Be realistic and mention a small work-related defect. Many people will suggest answering this using a flawed positive trait such as "I'm a perfectionist" or "I expect others to be as involved as I am." I would argue for a certain degree of honesty and list a real weakness. This question is about how you perceive and evaluate yourself.

4. What is the challenges are you looking for in this position?

A typical interview question to determine what to look for in your next job, and whether you would be a good fit for the job you are assigned to, is What is the challenges are you looking for in this job? The best way to answer this question about the challenges you are looking for is to discuss how you would like make effective use of your skills and experience if you were hired for the job. You can also state that you are motivated by challenges, have the ability to meet challenges effectively, and have the flexibility and skills to handle a challenging job. You can follow up with specific examples of the challenges you have faced and the goals you have achieved in the past.

5. Have you ever had a conflict with a Engineer?

How was it resolved? Note that if you say no, most interviewers will continue to dig deeper to find conflict. The key is how you behaviorally react to conflict and what you do to resolve it. For example: NO i don't have any experienced conflicts in the past. It's never that big, but there is some disagreement that is needed to be done.
